What is CharminJewel.com's - 30 days return policy?
For International Purchases, our Guarantee satisfaction ensures that each purchase at CharminJewel.com meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unstained, undamaged merchandise with all and in its Original packing intact and reach us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card/payment method used. You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, that you have received defective or damaged merchandise and and/or of your request for refund or exchange. Please allow upto fourteen (14) business days for your return/exchange to be processed, after we have received your returned items and made quality control checks. Initial shipping fees, handling charges as well as return and exchange-shipping costs are not refundable. If a promotional free item came with the product/order, that must be returned as well in its Original Condition & packing intact, in the return to us, if not we may refuse or deduct the price of the gift, if the return is not returned with the complete package. If the promotional free item was a Airmail / shipping / freight / courier charge, then that amount will be deducted.
For Singapore purchases, we request that items must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt of our RMA number, however all other terms are same as above as well.
Please note due to Health & hygiene reasons, Earrings are not exchangeable nor returnable.
How do I return something?
You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order, if you can’t find one or if its misplaced, simply write to us at customersupport @ charminjewel.com , for a copy to be emailed to you. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. You Must get a RMA number from us via email and/or through your account page, before you return the items to us. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow fourteen business days for your return or exchange to be processed, after we have received the items returned by you and made quality control checks. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You must return the items to us, with the Shipping Prepaid. Initial shipping fees, handling charges as well as Returns and Exchange-shipping costs are not refundable. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of despatch via registered mail or courier service for safer transit.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited/payment method within 14 business days, after we have received the items returned by you and made quality control checks. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item(s) of equal or lesser value, there is a standard charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you will have to add / top-up for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will rectify / reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
