| What about backorders? There is no additional cost to ship backorders. Backordered items are shipped as they become available. Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.
What are my payment options? We accept PAY PAL Visa, MasterCard.
Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes, shopping at CharminJewel.com is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information and if Payment is via Paypal then payment details as per set by Paypal are transmitted to us via Pay Pal.
Is gift wrapping available? We take great pride in our packaging – each order is carefully placed inside an unmarked shipping box. At this time we do not offer gift-wrapping services.
Are invoices available? Yes! An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been processed .
Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code? Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the “Payment” page of our checkout process. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
What is my Shopper ID? Your Shopper/Order ID will vary and will be displayed on the cart. A Shopper ID is a unique ID that identifies what is in your shopping cart.
How do I change my membership information? Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. To access your private information, you first sign in, and then you can edit or delete your information through the “My CharminJewel” page.
How much do you charge for shipping? We offer several shipping methods for our customers:
- Standard International Airmail Shipping - US$8.99 for the 1st Item, US$5.99 for every additional Item to all destinations, plus handling. Registration charges are included. (In-stock items are expected to arrive within 10 – 21 business days depending on Geographical Location) For within Singapore - US$2.50 per package flat rate plus handling.
Can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If your order has been shipped , your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the relevant links / website.

When will my order be shipped? We usually ship in stock items between 3 - 5 business days, excluding holidays.
It is important to remember these dates and times are effective only for in-stock items.
Does CharminJewel.com accept international orders? Yes we do! . We ship worldwide, pending your credit card approval.
What is CharminJewel.com's return policy? For International Purchases our return policy ensures that each purchase at CharminJewel.com meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unstained, damaged merchandise with all Original packing intact and reach us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return/exchange to be processed after we have received the merchandise from you and made quality control checks. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange-shipping costs are not refundable. If a promotional free item came with the product/order, that must be returned as well in its Original Condition & packing intact, in the return to us, if not we may refuse or deduct the price of the gift, if the return is not returned with the complete package. If the promotional free item was a shipping / freight / courier charge, then that amount will be deducted.
For Singapore Purchases, items Must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of our RMA number.
Due to Hygiene Reasons, Earrings are Not Exchangeable nor Refundable.

How do I return something? You may find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order, if you can’t find one or its misplaced, simply write to us at customersupport @ charminjewel.com , within 3 days of receipt, for a copy to be emailed to you with the RMA number. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. You Must get a RMA number from us via email or through your account page. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow fourteen business days for your return or exchange to be processed, after we have received your returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You must return the items to us, with the Shipping Prepaid. Who pays for return shipping? For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within 14 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is a charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you have will to incur the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. We are unable to accept responsiblity for non-arrival of returned goods. When returning goods you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and send via registered mail or courier service for a safer transit.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Where are CharminJewel.com retail stores? At the moment we have no retail stores. We sell only online which is why we can provide you products at these low highly affordable prices.
Does CharminJewel.com have a catalog? In order to keep prices low and offer a large selection of the latest designs, styles, we have not decided to print a catalog at this time. We currently show all of our products on the Internet at our website.
